First-Time Buyer Homebuyer Tax Credit
This bill provides for a $8,000 tax credit that is available to first-time homebuyers or $6,500 for existing homeowners for the purchase of a principal residence.  Agreement of Sale must be signed before April 30, 2010 with settlement before June 30, 2010. CLICK HERE for more details and how to use this credit.
